I never answer my phone, I let the machine do that for me. So far this week I have numerous messages asking if I am Ashlee Somebody (the last name is mumbled)and I have 3 seconds to acknowledge I am her and if not(which I am NOT),to hang up. Well an answering machine doesn't know any better - so the call keeps recording... Ashlee better pay her debt soon. I don't dare call back else they'll have my name as a live caller and amp up the rate of calls. I have had this same # for years AND I PAY MY BILLS.

Called twice, yesterday & today. Left an incoherient message today. Don't have a clue as to who/whom it is.

Just got the same call. I would think if you are receiving a summons, they would call you to tell you they are coming. These kind of calls make me sick.

Recieved a call from this number on my Edmonton, AB home number. I missed the beginning of the call, but it said something about "points". I've been getting a tremendous amount of telemarketing calls lately, despite being on the national DNC registry, so I hit "1" to speak to an agent to remind them we are on a DNC list. The man with a heavy accent said to me, "If you don't want telemarketing calls, then why waste your time calling us" and then hung up on me. Don't accept calls from this number.

Stated I was being taken to court, and i shgould settle out of court. Ask they to send me details of what I own and to whom & the settlement amount. The letter came. Showing I owed $1236 but would settle for $430.The letter stated I owned to BMG. I am still waiting to an answer. I she sent all to the Fair Trade Commission

If you notice when you call back this person has a different name every time. Go ahead and *67 your number and they get belligerent. This is obviously an identity thief. I've had several calls from different numbers, same accent, same issue. I've never had a payday loan in my life. Report to the police immediately although they will just change their number again as if they're using prepaid phones. You called the wrong girl this time.
